Narrative

Here is a famous profile of a deceased Army captain in World War II. It also has a common narrative structure -- a chronology. Please read it and think about the following: 1. Where does the narrative begin? 2. What emotions are conveyed? 3. Is this a pro-war or anti-war story? (The story had to pass a military censor prior to publication)
